1. Eligibility and acceptance

By accessing Nexus, you confirm that you can legally use the service in your jurisdiction and agree to these Terms. Do not use Nexus where access or digital-asset activity is prohibited.

2. Non-custodial use

When wallet functionality becomes available, you remain responsible for keys, approvals, transactions, assets, taxes, and compliance. Nexus does not control blockchain networks, wallet providers, token issuers, or third-party liquidity venues.

3. Market information

Prices, routes, risk signals, and token information may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Independently verify token addresses and transaction details before signing. Mock data is clearly presented for demonstration.

4. Prohibited conduct

You may not misuse the service, circumvent security, introduce malicious code, scrape at harmful scale, manipulate markets, infringe rights, or use Nexus for unlawful activity.

5. Assumption of risk

You understand the risks of smart-contract failure, irreversible transactions, loss of private keys, scams, liquidity changes, price volatility, network congestion, regulatory change, and third-party outages.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Availability, accuracy, and fitness for a particular purpose are not guaranteed. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Changes and contact
